The application for membership in the Oklahoma Video Consortium requires your superintendent's signature. To make preparation easier, consider filling out online or downloading the PDF file that contains the OSVC Membership application.

If you do not yet have the program, you can request a form to be faxed to you by email or by calling (580) 585-4651.

Having at least the free Acrobat Reader will allow you to use the downloadable listings of the OSVC from any computer on which it is installed.
