Membership is on an annual basis and fees are determined by district size. Each member obtains full duplication rights of over 1,500 video titles.

2008-2009 Membership Fees:

• $200.00 per year for districts with 100 or less ADM
• $300.00 per year for districts with 101 to 1,500 ADM
• $450.00 per year for districts with 1,501 to 4,000 ADM
• $600.00 per year for districts with over 4,000 ADM
